What we collect

Email address — provided by your payment processor (Shoppy / Stripe) at purchase. Used to send your license key and for support.
Device identifier — a fingerprint derived from certain browser and system properties at the time of license activation. Used to lock your license to one device and prevent key sharing. Stored in our database. No personally identifiable hardware data is transmitted or stored.
IP address — recorded at the time of purchase. Used for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
Purchase data — amount, payment method, coupon code, timestamp. Needed to run the license system.

What we do not collect

We do not track your EA account, searches performed, cards bought, or any in-game data.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Data storage

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the EU. Cloudflare processes this data under their own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at support@fc-sniper.com.

Retention

Purchase records and license data are retained for as long as your license is active or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time, which will revoke your license.
